K. Shanti Rose Fitch is an artist currently residing in Seattle's Central District.  Though she started as a photographer, she realized her ideas were not limited to 2-dimensional work alone.  She soon became interested in conceptual site-specific installation as well as the additive sculpture processes, for which she had very little formal training. 

Over the past several years she has honed her abilities in sculpture with both earth-based clays and polymer.  Her newest projects include sculptural works in painted polymer and plaster, and she has also found a renewed interest in photography with several series created in Urban Landscapes, Night Landscapes and Night Portraiture.
